Who we are

i’m a lifelong bagel lover (seriously, breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and a home-based micro bakery/bagel shop owner. baking has always been my passion, and after years of experimenting (and eating a lot of bagels), i perfected my go-to: fluffy sourdough bagels with a perfectly chewy crust. each week, i offer small-batch drops every saturday morning, so you can start your weekend with fresh bagels.

my name is elizabeth mattison, and i am the chef behind this. i also work full-time, so this is my fun side hustle—a little labor of love i get to share with my community here in the 518. for me, food has always been about connection, so let’s bond over some bagels!
